Hi, I’m Carly!

I launched The One Agency in 2025 after five incredible years growing my first marketing agency. Along the way, I had the privilege of working with many clients in the wedding space and I quickly realised how much I connected with this industry (and the amazing people in it!).

But I also noticed a problem: so many wedding business owners were being overlooked. They weren’t in need of a huge in-house marketing team, but they did need someone they could trust to take digital marketing off their plate and keep the leads flowing - so they could focus on what really matters… the couple at the heart of it all.

With a background in both digital marketing strategy and running my own agency, I wanted to create a business that could bring the balance of strategy and creativity that wedding businesses need. And so that’s what we’re doing.

We make sure your brand doesn’t just look beautiful online, but that the numbers prove it’s working too. Over time, we’ve expanded to cover the full digital spectrum - and we can’t wait to bring that expertise to your business.
