The background story

I first came across Olivia & Rose Bridesmaids through social media. They had followed one of my clients and quickly began engaging with posts. Their dresses immediately stood out - timeless, minimalist and beautifully made — but as I explored their online presence, it was clear that their branding and strategy weren’t reflecting the quality of their product.

Despite operating since 2019, they were facing inconsistent monthly sales and struggling to reach the level of growth they envisioned. Their values were exactly the kind of story we love to champion: made in the UK, made to order to reduce stock waste, and proudly female-founded. They had everything needed to build a loyal community, they just needed a cohesive strategy to bring it to life.

What we did

We began by laying the foundations for a stronger digital presence with a carefully structured social media management and paid social strategy. We ran continuous A/B testing to understand what truly resonated, from visuals to copy and calls to action, and built a library of creative assets that allowed us to optimise performance in real time.

Rather than relying on a single message, we experimented with different angles, refining our tone and storytelling to connect more deeply with brides and bridesmaids who shared Olivia & Rose’s values. We placed their USPs at the heart of our messaging — made in the UK, made to order, and female-founded — and used these points to build genuine emotional connections with the audience. We developed different approaches to re-engage warm traffic, nurture repeat visitors, and continue reaching new bridesmaids who were just starting their dress search.

A key part of transforming their presence was elevating their content. We booked in our first styled shoot together, taking full creative lead from concept through to execution. We developed the overarching content strategy, directed the shoot to align with the brand’s evolving identity, and produced a suite of high-quality, social-first and ad-first visuals. This allowed us to present the dresses in a way that felt aspirational yet accessible, creating an immediate visual impact across every platform.

Alongside these paid and organic efforts, we addressed the most critical piece of the puzzle: the website. We redesigned the site on a completely new platform, prioritising user experience, beautiful imagery, and a seamless purchase journey. Every touchpoint, from ad to landing page to checkout, was thoughtfully connected, turning engagement into meaningful action.
